The size of the pump head is determined by the caliber of the matching bottle body. The specification of spray is 12.5mm-24mm, and the water output is 0.1ml-0.2ml/time. It is generally used for packaging perfume, gel water and other products. The length of the nozzle with the same caliber can be determined according to the height of the bottle body.

The specification of lotion pump head ranges from 16ml to 38ml, and the water output is 0.28ml/time to 3.1ml/time, which is generally used for cream and washing products.

Special distributors such as foam pump head and hand button sprinkler head, foam pump head is a kind of non aerated hand pressure pump head, which does not need to be aerated to produce foam, and can produce quantitative high-quality foam only by gently pressing. It is generally equipped with special bottles. Hand button sprayers are usually used on products such as detergents.

The components of the distributor are relatively complex, generally including: dust cover, press head, press rod, gasket, piston, spring, valve, bottle cap, pump body, suction pipe and valve ball (including steel ball and glass ball). Bottle cap and dust-proof cap can be colored, can be electroplated, and can be sheathed with anodized aluminum ring.

Vacuum bottles are usually cylindrical, 15ml-50ml in size, and 100ml in some cases. The overall capacity is small. Based on the principle of atmospheric pressure, it can avoid the pollution of cosmetics during use. Vacuum bottles include anodized aluminum, plastic electroplating and colored plastic. The price is more expensive than other ordinary containers, and the requirements for ordinary orders are not high. Distributor customers rarely open the mold themselves, they need more molds, and the cost is high.

2、 Working principle of pump head:

Manually press down the pressure handle, the volume in the spring chamber decreases, the pressure increases, the liquid enters the nozzle chamber through the hole of the valve core, and then sprays out through the nozzle. At this time, release the pressure handle, the volume in the spring chamber increases, forming a negative pressure. The ball opens under the negative pressure, and the liquid in the bottle enters the spring chamber. At this time, there is a certain amount of liquid in the valve body. When you press the handle again, the liquid stored in the valve body will rush upward, Spray outward through the nozzle;

The key to a good pump head is to pay special attention to the following points: 1. The sealing of the glass or steel ball under the spring is very important, which is related to the upward force of the liquid in the spring chamber. If the liquid leaks here, when the pressure handle is pressed, some of the liquid will leak into the bottle and affect the effect of liquid spraying; 2. It is the sealing ring at the upper end of the valve body. If there is leakage, the bottom of the upward pumping force of the liquid will be reduced when the pressure handle is released, resulting in a small amount of liquid stored in the valve body, which will also affect the spray effect; 3. The fitting between the pressure handle and the valve core. If the fitting here is loose and there is leakage, there will be some resistance when the liquid rushes up to the nozzle, and the liquid will flow back.
