Our lotions pumps come locked in there closed positions when ordered, A down-lock lotion pumps original starting position is at its lowest point on the base of the cap. When the customer twists the cap counterclockwise, it will pop open the cap. When the customer applies pressure to dispense the liquid, it will dispense about 0.2 cc worth of product in one stroke.
